Hello,

I have the program running, and it seems to work, but I can't quite match example 2 using the downloaded zip file.  I ran it using the line of code from Natalie's youtube videos.  I can even get the data to plot out on QTPlasKin.

All of my densities seem to match well, except for a blip right after 1e-5 s.  The density of Ar+ decays rapidly before recovering.

For some reason the Ar to Ar* rate drops to zero during that time, as plotted out in first attachment.

Has anyone seen this?  I am still working through it to find the error.

I am running everything on Python version 3 through anaconda.

Thanks,
-Jared

The rate of Ar excitation collapses on a single point (I guess). Check what happens to your reduced field in input, or your Te?

I do see that collapse go away when I use a higher starting pressure, and therefore higher starting density in this example.  I am still looking through it to figure out the program more.

Thanks,
Jared
