Turn off certain reactions during simulation

Hello,

I'm trying to simulate nanosecond-pulsed discharge using ZDPlasKin. I've written some codes to set E/N as 0 after a pulse in order to simulate the pulse-off period. I would also like to turn off certain reactions when the pulse is off. What subroutines of ZDPlasKin should I use?
