Editing convention

While working on the first paragraph of 'Object oriented approach' I
had a general question which I asked as a ReST comment;

.. ??? should this paragraph ...

I'll push my changes so you can see what I'm mean.

Does this seem like a good convention, or should those kind
of questions be handled on this list, or somewhere on launchpad.net
in project services?
