It’s been an exciting couple of months! Krishna has been doing great dance lessons, Leon went through I’m not sure even what kind of insane schleppage to bring us authentic chapeis de coco (hats) back from NE Brazil, some of us got some other costume upgrades, and we had a number of people post photos; you can see them on our myspace page!

Two shows: 9 PM and 10:30 PM
An intimate setting for a a smaller-format, more traditional (‘pe-de-serra’) trio of Eric (Accordion,) Gabriella (vocal/guitar), and Jake (percussion.)
$5 suggested donation.

More Dance lessons! New songs! Miracles!
We’ve actually been concentrating on new and more diverse material, from cantigas to cumbia. Will this begin Angela’s rise to reggaeton stardom? Will there be Klezmer forró tunes in honor of the first night of Chanukah? Will there be more Brazilian square dancing? Only one way to find out!
