Gente,
It just happens that this show is days after Brazilian Independence Day:
Saturday, September 11
9 PM – 12:15 AM
Mississippi Pizza Pub
3552 N Mississippi, Portland
21 and over - $6
Nationalism aside, let's take 'independence' in the broader sense, and throw off the shackles of whoever or whatever is currently 'colonizing' us – say, fear of dancing?!
We'll have a few special guests on percussion and accordion, and a possible cameo appearance by a group or groups to be determined.
We hope to see you there!
