Hi Brothers
The reunion is a reunion. Always was. The idea that Muhlenberg was going
to open their arms wide open to us and roll the proverbial red carpet out
and build a house and then add a "new wing" was not in the realm of an issue
of "now". This reunion is a unique opportunity to rally us brothers, good
friends, back to reunite to hang out and spend time together. The added
bonus, is to show Muhlenberg how supportive we are and supportive of the
efforts of Jon Greenberg, our brother, to get ZBT back for the sake of his
son who is attending now. It has been a great effort and Jon is most
appreciative. He asked for my help and the help of several others. We gave
him our service without hesitation. I started connecting to brothers and
the list grew exponentially in a few short days. As the list grew my
interest in doing it grew as well. It was an amazing process. That is what
brotherhood is all about isn't it. The ol' "don't fuck a brother" idea is
alive and thriving today. Remember the example, if your brother calls you
at 2 am that they need a ride home because their car was broken down on the
highway you get them asap! Well, I am broken down in Seegers Union Fri eve
Sept 8 at 6 pm. We all share a unique membership. We all survived hell
night and we all enjoyed the benefits of belonging to the best place on
campus. And Ginz! It is home for us. The house still exists. It is us. I
know we all have busy lives. I have four kids, 16, 15, 13 and 11. Several
businesses operating and life issues in general to boot. My reservations
are booked already and the rental car is waiting. Of course it is selfish
of me to want a great turn out. I just want to see the guys, period. I
have no interest in a high school bullshit reunion. Let's rally together
and make this the best bash ever. It is impossible for me to do any more
than this email at this point. A great showing will influence them. A
great showing will equal a great time for all of us. Please, please, please
get your guys, your group, your year, get everyone and sign up. Dinner
anywhere else will cost more than the $30 and it is an open bar. All
arrangements are set. It is simply the easiest possible set up for us. I
want to see the school. Last time I was on Chew street was May 20 1984.
Then we can set up another reunion etc... This is a critical start. A
winner has a plan and a loser makes excuses! A winner sees a solution for
every problem and a loser sees a problem for every solution. Let's
gooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who's with me...

Boys,

All these emails back and forth. Let me tell you how I fell about the "Berg. First off, I credit Muhlenberg for giving me the fortitude to build a 50 man accounting firm from scratch and merge it into a 400 person NY firm Accounting Firm. It taught us how to be good , charitable , caring people and I would never change that. Secondly, most if not all of the Muhlenberg people I know have made a successful life for themselves. My wife and I , Jodi Cohen -Levine 1985 have volunteered our time moving freshmen into their respective dorms at the end of August for the last three years at the college and found that to be awesome, bullshitting with the new parents. Moreover, we contribute financially and visit the campus every summer on the way to camp Harlam in the Poconos. Whatever happened or didn't happen to ZBT is in the past. What those dumb kids did can't be changed. Ari Levine my 17 year old son went up to the 'Berg and dropped the L word for Daddy I love it here. Maybe he looks at my 2.46 GPA and says if did it , I can do it. My problem is MY Ivy league dreams for him are now in jeopardy if he joins Jon's son there. So Feiter and Company, I expect to be coming up with Dr Dunoff and Dr Laskin on the 8th. We are the Cherry Hill Boys. As for dinner, please send me the plans again and I will tell the guys. I see Debbs, Izes, and some of the other boys but not nearly enough. Our bond will never be broken. I love you guys forever. I gave a rebuttal speech at Moorestown Friends School last year against some Harvard woman who was against Frats. I say, go to the reunion.....Fight the fight for ZBT and meet at my shore house for the real reunion next summer and call it #30 instead of #29 and Party!!!....And by the way, the Weiner is up to 265LBS....But who can out drink this 50 year old Titan???
