Brothers,
A moment of silence for our Brothers and Friends, Jefferson Slatoff, Mike Patino, Ginz…………………………………..
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
Sad to lose another piece of us. They are in our hearts forever and will never, ever, be forgotten.
Gear shift:
I once heard the definition of happiness is “when reality exceed expectations”. This past weekend was awesome! It brought me back to my days as Rush chairman and hoping someone, anyone would accept a bid…WHAT A SHOWING! You guys rock. I also really appreciate all the many “thank you’s”. But, it was a team effort. No way one person can accomplish what was done. No way. It was the collective effort of the group. That is what makes us, as a group, so strong! The President was overwhelmed by the mutual and sincere feelings we have for each other. The positive energy was palpable. I never got or gave so many hugs, sweeeet!
Request 1):
Please, please, please take a moment (ASAP) and in your own handwriting please send a brief “Thank You” note on your letterhead to: …(Common courtesy is not so common) Mine is in the mail.

Request 2):
Please email me directly or via this group or facebook etc your personal info for a directory I am putting together for all who wants it. I will input the data to an Excel Document that I will attach for all to have and use. Send to quadb...@gmail.com Steve Feit. Thanks in advance. Let’s network with ourselves. Support each other in all aspects. The possibilities are endless.
NEXT STEP(s):
1) Possibly: I see us setting up a ZBT Alpha Nu Alumni Organization or using the one that is already in place and us brothers donate to this account and not the college. Then ZBT Alpha Nu will donate the sum to Muhlenberg, when the time is right. (My suggestion and open to hear from all on their opinion.)
2) We need an Alumni Board. Please email if you are interested in helping in this capacity. You are not committing yourself. Once the duties are outlined you are free to decide if you want to participate as such. We will need input from, off the top of my head, Myles Kahn who got a chapter started at Univ of Washington in Seattle and Laurence at National, Ralph, Alan Gubernick who is on Board of Trustees at Muhlenberg and Scott Spiro who did the Mission Statement for us. Leeeeet’s go…
So many brothers asked me to keep the ball rolling and set up another reunion and set the date now, most suggested either in the late Spring of 2013 or around Oct 2013. It can be in NY. The one after that can be in PA. Then New Orleans, then Vegas, Chicago, Boston, etc. In other words, this is a start. Thoughts? Let’s hear from you.
I connected with some guys from FL and we will plan get togethers or mini reunions in FL. We will invite all who may be in town at the time. I see mini reunions of guys near each other in PA and NY and NJ. Blast out the date and time and let all who want to come do so. Even spur of the moment things. That would be amazing. This will also attract those who could not attend this past weekend.
I want to continue the effort to locate our “lost” brothers that are yet to be added to our google group and facebook. I need your help. When setting up your local, mini reunions you can network and get those who did not attend this past reunion to meet and send me their contact info to add to the directory, google group and get them on facebook if for no other reason than to be part of the facebook group.
Myles Kahn ’84 is the Administrator of our Facebook Group. He is in the process of making the group private. At the moment it is “open”. Once private, only members can view what is posted. Not the school, not the president, only us members. THANKS MYLES!
Good and Welfare:
Your turn. I want to hear from all. What do you think? Thanks for the help, coming to attend the reunion, giving me a hug, saying thanks, making a brotherhood I am proud to be associated with, being there for me, having me as a guest at your home Ralph!, to Brad Strober who rushed the shit out of me!
Your friend and Brother,
