zbar problems with Malygos fight

I have consistently been having two problems with zbar during the
Malygos fight on all my toons:

1. During phase 2, if I mount a hover disc, my main zbar disappears
(because I have mounted a vehicle), but I an still supposed to use my
regular attacks (which I place on my main bar) to kill the scions.

2. During phase 3, (automatically having my character mounting a
drake) the vehicle bar doesn't appear.
