Transfer of the Zest project from Mozilla to ZAP

As some of you may know I have left Mozilla.

For historical reasons Zest was created as a Mozilla project.

However it is mostly used by ZAP and the Mozilla Security team has no interest in maintaining it.

Mozilla has very kindly agreed to transfer Zest to ZAP.

I've just transfered the repo to https://github.com/zaproxy/zest and renamed this group.

There are various other admin tasks that need to be completed - these are trackerd in https://github.com/zaproxy/zaproxy/issues/6078

In practice this should have no significant impact.

The ZAP core team was already maintaining Zest and we still plan to keep it as a standalone entity in case other tools wish to make use of it.
