zaproxy npm support

Hello,

I am working on a nodeJS project and looking at integrating ZAP. Found zaproxy node module and I assume I can use this API with nodejs project.

But I see in stackoverflow, it is mentioned that zaproxy npm is not being updated/maintained. Is this still valid?

I am unable to do spider scan/authentication/set up the proxy - no enough documentation is available.

Kindly suggest. Thank you!

Hi.

That's correct, that client is still not being maintained but someone
reached us some time ago to maintain it, don't know what's the progress
though.

Simon, do you have more information about that?

Could you suggest any approach that I can choose for node js+wdio project.

I am able to do passive scanning with wdio without using API. But looking for extended options like-

Active scanning with default policy &

Authentication with forced user enabled
