Exporting Alert Information

Hello,

When I exported a report with OWASAP ZAP 2.12.0, only one URL was exported in the report, even though the same alert was detected in multiple URLs. Is it a specification that only one URL is output in the report? If so, is it possible to re-load the session data file after diagnosis and export only the alert information? If so, please let us know the procedure.

Hi Tsuyoshi,

No, but default a report will include all of the URLs shown in the ZAP Sites tree.

How did you generate the report and what options did you use?

In you re-open a ZAP session then all of the alerts will still be present and you will be able to generate a report.

However you will have lost some things like the ZAP internal stats, which some reports include.

I also ran into this issue with the default selection "Risk and Confidence HTML" template type. Changing the template to something else, like "Traditional PDF Report", I am able to see all the URLs under a given alert instead of just one.

Is that using the latest version of Report Generation add-on? (Done

I just added the add-on and the result is the same. The modern HTML template seems to work fine also though, so maybe it's just a problem with that "traditional" template.
