How can I first set up subdomain scan (wordlist) in AF?
And then scan every subdomain with AF?

Create another (non AF) script which loops through your wordlist and calls the AF.
You can set a variable for the site to be used in the AF plan.
Cheers,

Maybe is better to scan subdomain with external tool like amass, and then input subdomains in ZAP context?
Is it possible to call external tool from AF?
BTW, will you add subdomain scan in ZAP?
