Weak cipher and obsolete TLS version checks

As an enhancement, I would like to see ZAP scan for and report weak cipher suites and obsolete TLS/SSL versions. This is something most other DAST solutions do.

Sounds like a good enhancement - please raise an issue for it: https://github.com/zaproxy/zaproxy/issues/new?assignees=&labels=enhancement&projects=&template=feature-request.yml
