if i want to use docker command to reduce cpu resources will it be good?

docker run --cpus="0.5" -v $(pwd):/zap/wrk/:rw -t ghcr.io/zaproxy/zaproxy:stable zap-full-scan.py \
-t $url -g gen.conf -r ${report_name}_report.html
