How to do ZAP fuzzing testing with Python API

I can do fuzzing testing with ZAP with no problem. 

Is there anyway I can do Fuzzing testing with API (Java or Python) so that it can be fully automated with CI without manually engagement?

I refer to ZAP API. It seems there is no specific API for Fuzzing testing? i.e. I can define the parameters/payload by Java or Python.

It's not possible to do that at the moment.
