Please can some one help with the solution.

Thats not a ZAP error, so you'll need to give us a lot more information about what you're trying to do and whats reporting that error.

I have installed zap on a machine and able to access ZAP URL from remote machine, and trying to pass the ZAP URL, API key in the VSTS build definition.
It fails on ZAP task giving an error "error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND http http:80"

http:80 doesnt look like a valid IP address :)
Are you failing to configure a hostname or IP address somewhere?
