a problem on starting ZAP on windows 10

yesterday after the plugins updated there is an issue in starting zap proxy on windows 10 

I started it by double click the icon as I always do and the ui loaded then it stopped for a long time on this section 

INFO: Starting to parse Tech Detection technologies. 

I have waited more than 5 minutes . restart windows and try again but no luck also some times the ui of starting the app doesn't show at all 

I think there is something wrong with the update of technology detection plugin

Hi thanks for reaching out. I believe this is the same issue as reported here: https://github.com/zaproxy/zaproxy/issues/8464

We believe we have identified the cause and are working on a fix.

In the meantime you can goto your ZAP home directory into plugins and delete anything wappalyzer*.zap. Which will mean you're temporarily without the Tech Detection add-on but at least ZAP will start ;)

Version 21.36.0 of the Tech Detection add-on (wappalyzer) was just released which we hope addresses this issue. Please let us know if you continue to have problems after upgrading.
