A new "Scan Policies" add-on is now availlable - this defines a set of active scan policies which we think are ideal for different scenarios.

It will be included in the next ZAP release, but you can try it out via the ZAP Marketplace right now.

The help gives more info and links to the rules included for each policy: https://www.zaproxy.org/docs/desktop/addons/scan-policies/
