Example use login witn MFA via Email by use Automation Framework?

i everyone now i have task i write automation secuity scan use zap , but stuck with use login to my application, it have 3 step 

1.Login

2.Basic Authen 

3.Get OTP form maill

4Then login 

Is there any exmaple , i can refe
