Get false positive alerts form alert/view/alerts/ API endpoint

Hello

We have a quite complex platform for which we created a custom CLI tool to setup ZAP and test the app, like an automatic DAST.

Could it be possible to add a boolean to this function https://github.com/zaproxy/zaproxy/blob/371444943fdffa249a489ba16d5cae59160344fb/zap/src/main/java/org/zaproxy/zap/extension/alert/AlertAPI.java#L471 to include false positive alerts.

We would need this since we use ReportPortal to have a dashboard of alerts we ned to check internally, this way we could know how many false positives are there as well.

Reports do the job of reporting to management.

I do not have a Java dev setup to add this and properly test.

I wouldnt want to do that by default .. but I'd be fine to add a non default option.
