Panels Keep Shifting

Hello

When I open the desktop app, and navigate through with the mouse, the panels keep shifting along with my mouse movement, making using it borderline impossible. The only way to reset them is to move the app off screen and back in, but the process repeats. There does not seem to be a way to navigate just using the keyboard, but I didn't try much other than tabbing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as made sure my version of Java is up to date. I am running this on a Windows 11 PC. Will provide hardware specs if they are deemed relevant. Browser HUD works fine, but I like the more detailed view of the output panels in the desktop version.

Thats weird, it should not be doing that :( 

What versions of ZAP and Java are you using?

And which installer did you use?

I have

Java: openjdk version "17.0.17" 2025-10-21

OpenJDK Runtime Environment Temurin-17.0.17+10 (build 17.0.17+10)

OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM Temurin-17.0.17+10 (build 17.0.17+10, mixed mode, sharing)

Installer: ZAP_2_17_0_Windows.exe. May try the x32 version since the x64 is the one with the issue.

I might have figured this out. I think what I have is the development platform, not the runtime platform.

I got some temporary stability, but it's back to behaving like it did
