Hi,
I was trying authenticated package scan with a n application,
the scope url is something like this - > https://testenv.targetapp.com/Internal/Security/
I was trying authenticated package scan with a n application,
the scope url is something like this - > https://testenv.targetapp.com/Internal/Security/
I have created the context file accordingly and when tested in ZAP Ui the user was automatically getting authenticated.
When I try to run using github actions, I'm getting this error.
Error: failed to scan the target: Error: The process '/usr/bin/docker' failed with exit code 3
Kindly assist.

"url_not_in_context" seems straight forward. What you're attacking wasn't part of your defined context.
