Website not loading resources when proxy on

I'm using firefox and foxyproxy as proxy, the zaproxy certificate is already trusted, but when i turn on the proxy and start listening, suddenly all resources stop loading and showing up, and the zaproxy screen does not show any updates. What should i do?

Obs: The foxyproxy is configured to the same port as zaproxy (8080)

Try launching either Firefox or Chrome from ZAP.

If that works then thats a good option as they should be correctly configured.

If you have a reason for not wanting to do that it will still help us work out what might be going wrong.
