Windows x64 installer gives warning on "unknown publisher"

I downloaded the installation package (ZAP_2_10_0_windows.exe) for 64-bit Windows a couple of hours ago and, when I started the installation, I got a yellow security prompt from Windows asking if I wanted to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes on my system.

It looked a tad bit disconcerting so I thought I'll check here. Is there something that is not signed in the windows installation package?
