Authentication

I am new to Zap, I have to test a site (a Uat site), and generate a report. Now the thing is, I don't know how to bypass the login page to test the subsequent pages within the site. I set up the user mail and password in the authentication for the site. It uses token as well. Now this is where I am jammed. You guys know how to solve this issue? and where to go from here?
