Linking messages to relavent scanners

Hello

I have a bit of a strange question. 
From the reporting requirement, is it possible to link which messages were generated by which scanner?
In other words, to know that messages with id 1,2,3 were created when scanner with id 10001 was scanning, and messages 4,5 were created when scanner with id 100002 was scanning.
I could not find any link messages or scanners that this is possible.

Its not actually that strange a question, and yes, we have an option to Inject plugin ID in header for all active scan requests :D
