Getting the issue with Spider Scan

Hi all,

while running the zap scan from the Cli through the docker  I am getting the issue with the spider scan.
I am deploying Webgoat in Docker so that we can get the localhost URL to access (http://localhost:8045) when running the scan on Zap, but Spider is unable to access the URL

Job spider requesting URL http://127.0.0.1:8045 Job spider finished, time taken: 00:00:00 Automation plan failures: Job spider failed to access URL http://127.0.0.1:8045 : Connect to http://127.0.0.1:8045 [/127.0.0.1] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused) }

I have attached a screenshot regarding the issue.

I would like some help and recommendations.
