[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog

Hello! I need help with the OWASP ZAP docker, I'm getting a few errors while running and my pipeline is not completing successfully. Other than that everything was fine last month without any errors, and the previous time too. I used Automation Framefor for scanning with custom configuration. 

Job activeScan started
Job activeScan set default strength to MEDIUM
Job activeScan set default threshold to MEDIUM
[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog.
[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog.
[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog.
[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog.
and so it doesn't end for 3 hours...

I have started with the command :
docker run -v $(pwd):/home/user/Downloads/:rw -t owasp/zap2docker-stable zap.sh -cmd -autorun /home/user/Downloads/my.server.yaml

thanks for your quick reply, maybe I will start again and wait even longer. But it's strange, last time it didn't finish and the scan lasted about 3 hours. In the same case, in other successful scans, it took about one hour, not longer.
