No alerts anymore in GUI

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue, that must be due to my misunderstanding of some configurations. My alert tab on GUI remains empty after scanning some website regarding if I do a passive or an active scan. At first I had some alerts (missing CSP, some headers misconfiguration, etc...). I didn't change anything on the target and my alert tab is empty.

I know that there should be some alerts as I am able to get them on my CI ( that starts a new ZAP each time ). I tried starting a new session, does not change a thing.

I am aware that I come with only little infomation, but may be my situation rings a bell to someone ? May be there is a way to put ZAP back to factory settings ? 
I would not want to have to reinstall it again, as a software installation may take 2 weeks in my company...

Hi Yoann,

Re-installing will not be necessary :)

The first thing to try is to open the Options dialog and then click on the "Reset to Factory Defaults" button on the bottom left.

If that doesnt work then we have other options..
