Installed ZAP 2.12.0 in my desktop machine.
Captured all requests using manual explore and started ACTIVE scan.
Scanning is not progression after completed 51%. I could see the error in ZAP log file like "ERROR ActiveScan - java.sql.SQLException: Data File size limit is reached".
Refer attached ZAP log for the same.

You could try changing the value: https://github.com/zaproxy/zaproxy/blob/3767b44bd1d47f14a7f898a642499de5c249ea71/zap/src/main/resources/org/zaproxy/zap/resources/zapdb.script#L26C1-L26C19 however the current setting is 64GB so if you're exceeding that on a single scan you're probably scanning in a very inefficient manner.
