Not Able to do manual explore

Hi Team , I need immediate help Please.

I installed ZAP - 2.9.0

Started Manual Explore ; entered application url .

with firefox tried to Launch browser. 

the browser open with y application url . But  the application is blank . 

Application works fine manually .

Please help me to proceed . It will grt help

Well, first of all you'll need to update to the latest version of ZAP: 2.11.1

I'm afraid we are a relatively small team and we cannot support older versions of ZAP.

Once you have done that then perform a "check for updates" and install all of the updated add-ons.

If you still have problems after doing that then let us know.

I updated the version to 2.11.1 , still have same issue.

Have a look in the zap.log file and see what errors are logged: https://www.zaproxy.org/faq/somethings-not-working-what-should-i-do/#check-the-log-file
