ZAP trough a proxy over HTTPS

Hello,

I've seen several articles on ZAP usage but two topics I'm looking for specifically are:

Telling ZAP to access the application through a Proxy.

Telling ZAP to access the application over HTTPS, including configuring a certificate store  in which to store the CA certificate of the application's server certificate.

If anyone could point me to an article that covers these topics I would be grateful.
