ZAP Code of Conduct

Just to let you all know that we've adopted a Code of Conduct for the ZAP project: https://github.com/zaproxy/zaproxy/blob/develop/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md

As per that doc, instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project team at zaprox...@googlegroups.com.

Just to be clear, I'm not aware of any such unacceptable behavior having taken place to date, but we wanted to make it absolutely clear that we want to maintain the ZAP project as an open and welcoming environment :)
