how to use add-on on headless zap docker run?

I don't know if this is the right user group to use, so i apologize if it isn't

Hi am writing using Java Api and Headless zap daemon a scanning application.

But there are some questions that need answer.

1) in docker container of zap under plugin dir there is openapi-beta-43.zap. Is automatically loaded by headles docker or there are configuration to load it?

2) If the answer to 1) point is "load", how to make it?

There is no documentation of my specific use case

Help me please!

Hi Olindo,

Yes, any add-ons in the plugin dir will be automatically loaded by ZAP, however it is run.

There are a range of ways to automate ZAP as per https://www.zaproxy.org/docs/automate/

We generally recommend that most people use the Automation Framework, but if you do really want to use ZAP in daemon mode then you can interact with it via the UI.

Please note that questions like these related to using ZAP should be asked in the ZAP User Group: https://groups.google.com/group/zaproxy-users

This group is for people who would like to work on the ZAP source code to make it better.
