x-frame-options and x-content-type-options

Hi ,

I received these as problems when posting to third party publishers. They sent me this report to show my website is probably not safe . Through Google I came to know that these are server side headers . I don't know that much . How may I solve it , so that when zap scans my website it doesn't show x-frame-options and x-content-type-options as errors. Please help.
