Accessing Connection Param Timeout

Is there any way to access connection timeout value (not the default one) using ExtensionNetwork? I need this value in acanruleAlpha addon.

I am collaborating with Divyansh to get the following PR to be merged as soon as possible.

I want to make sure the time delay is less than timeout time(if user ever change the default value).

In that case I'd suggest sending the requests with a custom timeout
instead of relying on the value set by the user. Does that make sense?
