ZAP LLM support - WIP

We are currently working on adding LLM support to ZAP.

The main code is in https://github.com/zaproxy/zap-extensions/tree/main/addOns/llm
Its not been released yet as its still at a relatively early stage.

But it is functional so you can build it yourself and have a play.

The add-on will be optional _and_ opt in, so we wont be forcing AI on anyone :)

It provides a central place to configure LLMs and models.
It currently supports:
* Azure OpenAI
* Google Gemini
* Ollama

Other LLMs should be easy to add.

It also provides an easy way to add AI support to any of the other ZAP code and some initial integrations.

Theres loads to do, so if you are interested in helping out, or creating new add-ons which use LLMs, then just let us know here :)

Suggestions for AI functionality you would like to see in ZAP also creatfully received!
