since I switched to version 2.13 it gives me this error. Can you kindly give me more information about it? What should I do? Scans fail and generates a blank pdf and .html file. Thanks

You should regenerate it and re-install it in your browsers.

Regenerate the certificate and go to the relevant options screen now?

Those are 2 different errors, and quite possibly nothing to do with the other problems you are seeing.
The first "NullPointerException" is in an alpha add-on. It should not affect anything else but if you are not using the add-on then you can uninstall it.

The second "ZAP's Root CA certificate has expired" is exactly as it says.
If you are just automating ZAP then it probably wont impact you, but if you are performaing manual testing then it may prevent your browsers from connecting to ZAP.
In the ZAP desktop gor to Options / Network / Server Certificate and then "Generate" the new cert.

If you are havinf specific problems (e.g. "generates a blank pdf and .html file") then ask specifically about those, giving us as much info as you can.

Cheers,

Simon

Also, please use the users group since these are not dev related questions.

Best regards.
