I understand there is a work around...   Has anyone got it working?    Any advice or gotcha's?

Thanks

Changes in SP3 breaks the ability for the Server or the Admin interface to run.   In order to get it to work you have to leave a CAS and DB up in SP2.   They have steps to do this.   The new release is due out Late Aug or early Sept and should be fully functional

My understanding was sp3 broke archiving.  Are you saying you can still archive a mailbox on a server with

sp3 if you still have a cas/mb server wtih sp2 in the site or environment?  Where did you hear they were coming

out with a version that would support sp3 as I was told this would never be supported.

Thanks

Working with a client on it now...  Contact support again....   and yes the workaround will work with the admin mailbox on a sp2 with CAS...   ALso word is that ACA is closing the gap quickly...  Hold the faith all is not lost.   (EAS Architect... yes old school when we still certified Architects and not just engineers...)

That will be huge if they come out with sp3 support as we are stuck right now and won't be able to move to ACA until next year.  The only problem with the workaround is you won't be able to install Exchange 2013 in your environment if there are still any sp2 servers.  The patch is definitely needed, have you got confirmation from Autonomy
it will be out in the timeframe you mentioned?
