We're having a strange issue where stubs are opening normally in Outlook, but you can't click on any of the EAS buttons in Outlook, nothing happens, not even an error message. EAS web does work if you right click the EAS button in the notification tray and click on 'Get archived Mail' so EAS web is working perfectly, just not any EAS buttons in Outlook itself.
I've tried creating a new Outlook profile as well as new Windows profile, uninstalled and reinstalled EAS as well as Outlook as well.

We had the same in the end I think we created a new Exchange account for the person who had the issue. The time we spent with the support people didn’t achieve a fix.

It didn’t matter what PC/Outlook/profile was used so we concluded it was an Exchange 2003 issue.

What Kind of Buttons does you have activated? Can you try to enable all Buttons and see if they all have this behaivior?

Hi there, it's Outlook 2007 on Windows 7 with EAS 6.4.0.4 No debug mode in regedit. Normally have Open, Restore, Archive Now, Sync, Search and EAS web button enabled. Tried with all buttons enabled, all of them aren't working.

I'll be updating, uninstalling and reinstalling vsto tomorrow.

Problem sorted. I disabled all the other add-ins and found that TexSMS/BulkSMS was the culprit, everythime I enable TexSMS my EAS buttons don't work. So I now disabled TexSMS, can be enabled when needed. When EAS is already enabled and I enable TexSMS with Outlook already loaded and being open, EAS buttons works, but only till I restart Outlook, so I shouldn't let TexSMS start when Outlook open.
