FYI

Hi,

We at the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) are offering an exciting opportunity to individuals in your personal and professional networks, who are aspiring young reporters with a desire to travel across Asia and Europe. Through this opportunity they will practise their craft and provide important coverage of ASEF’s education projects.

These young reporters could be students currently doing an internship or journalism trainees at your institution; we are looking for passionate writers, documentary filmmakers, bloggers, and social media movers to become our ASEFEdu Young Reporter 2017.

Applicants must be:

Young reporters with demonstrable skills*
Aged between 18-30 years
A citizen of one of the ASEM partner countries
Able to demonstrate an excellent command of English (oral and written)

*This opportunity is for people who are not employed as full-time journalists.

The selected ASEFEdu Young Reporter(s) will cover up to 6 projects that span the two regions and relate to the theme of “Access to Education and Youth Employment”. For additional information, please visit Open Call for Applications document.

To apply, applicants must complete this application form before Sunday 30 April 2017, GMT 23:59.

Thank you for your attention, and once again, we would very much appreciate it if you could share this Open Call with your relevant contacts and networks.

Best regards,

Team ASEF

ASEF is an intergovernmental not-for-profit organisation which promotes understanding, strengthens relationships and facilitates cooperation among the people, institutions and organisations of Asia and Europe.
