On March 8th, the world celebrates International Women's Day. This year, the British High Commission in Lusaka invites women and men from different backgrounds and regions to share their personal stories and thoughts online on gender equality, women's rights, leadership and empowerment. We invite you to upload a 30 second video clip of you, your friends or family talking about what these important issues mean, using your smartphone, tablet, etc. #inmywords is the hashtag to follow and join the conversation. Also follow #IWD2016.

Further details can be found our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ukinzambia) and Twitter (https://www.twitter.com/ukinzambia) pages.

Best regards,

Alfred
