Washing of Feet

Someone tell me. Is there something wrong with me by thinking this is not right? A Manager at a business entity in Livingstone washing Tourism Minister Silvia Masebo's feet after a tour of his place. In the background a man waiting with a towel. She couldn't have done it herself, say from the bathroom, or this is what must be done for our Ministers when they visit us. Correct me if I am wrong but my opinion is that this is terribly wrong. Picture from one of our daily papers. I rest my case
