Good Morning Zambezi Toastmasters,

 

In preparation for the our Evaluations and speech contest to be held next week on March 26,2015, find attached a copy of the contest rule book. 

 

Please pay particular attention to the general rules including eligibility (for contestants and judges), the rules for the 2 contests and the checklists for contestants.

 

Everyone is encouraged to participate and should send their details to the VP Lulu

 

The following functions will also need to filled up by the members during the contest:

  • at least two judges
  • a contest chair 
  • chief judge 
  • tiebreaking judge 
  • three counters 
  • two timers 

Please note that the rule book states that a judge must have at least completed 6 speeches in their CC manual.
