Good Evening fellow Zambezi Toastmasters,

     If you have not already, please make sure you get your Membership dues for April-September to Adewale our Treasure soonest.   In order for us to continue to be a viable club, we need to make sure our dues are paid on-time.   This is important, as it demonstrates our commitment to being Toastmasters as well as it assists us in qualifying as a club for Distinguished Club recognition.

Dear Toastmaster,

Kindly note that membership dues for the period April to Sept are due on or before 1st April 2015.    Renewal fees are still at ZMK 400.00 and payment can be made any time before 1st April  or at the next meetings (12th and 26th March 2015) by cash or cheque.   You can also pay via MTN mobile money or xapit to 0966474556.  Cheque payments should be made out to Zambezi Toastmasters.   I will send out individual invoices within the next few days.

     Zambezi Toastmasters you have done well with getting your memberships submitted to our Treasurer Adewale.   We have 18 memberships paid.   To qualify for Distinguished Club recongnition we only need two more members to pay their dues.
