CLUB OFFICER TRAINING AREA Z3

Hi team,

Attached to this mail is communication concerning Club Officer Training on Saturday 15th August, 2015. Please note that the venue has been confirmed to be Madison General along Independence Avenue. There is a suggestion from the Area Director that each member attending should contribute Kwacha Twenty (K20.00) only to cater for tea. For lunch it was mentioned that members should come with extra money and decide what they will have for the day and then a few go to buy either at Longacres or Woodlands.

As Zambezi Toastmasters Club all the Exco members need to attend this very important training for the other members you are encouraged to attend.

Please let everyone attending confirm so that the logistics and everything to do with the training can be done smoothly.

Thanks for the feedback. 

1. The venue has been secured. We will be using Madison's conference room. Quite a deviation from our usual ZCAS.
   
2. We've been talking to the ZCAS president who is confident of getting most of the Executive to attend this session. 
3. The new club officers at Madison (elected yesterday evening) will be attending. They are very passionate about Toastmasters.
4. Lusaka Pros and Zambezi will have an indication of attendees before the end of the week. 

Please let us know if we can clarify anything further.
