I see that I have posted a bit over one megabyte of stories, as
reported by StoriesOnline. Woo-hoo!
I know there are many authors who've posted more than that; still, it
feels like an achievement to me.

Congratulations!

Not just for the quantity but the quality.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
A married man should forget his mistakes. There's no use in two people
remembering the same thing!

Not the usual stories either. No boy finds magic and takes over the
world in a week, or goes crazy getting every girl he sets his eyes on.

Thanks, Allen, John.

And yes, I like finding magic and taking over the world stories. But
it needs some challenges to make things interesting.

As a reader, I have problems with plots involving every girl in sight.
One, if direct mind control involved, it cheapens the satisfaction of
actually getting the girl.

And two -- pretty soon, there are too many girls/women to spend time
on any one (either for the character or the author).
That dilutes the emotional satisfaction of *having* the girl.
