I have started posting a story on beyondthefarhorizon.com (BTFH).  It's a site managed by Gina Marie Wylie.

While smaller than SOL, it has stories from a number of very good writers.

BTFH does require a free registration to read the stories or to post in the forums there.

I think you can read the forums with no registration.

I started with Akkadian Statuette; the version posted on BTFH is the same one as on SOL.
