Agile Coaching - To Improve Agility

Dear Chennai Chapter member,

A gentle reminder to register for the event.  Please see the details below....

Agile.. Agile.. !

We are hearing this word in recent project management trends and some of our practicers are adapting some of agile approaches for value driven project execution in their industries.

Agile transformation in an organisation is always challenging. We required agile coaches to help us to bring effective agile practices in our project execution.

This upcoming session covers this topic.

Come join us on April 20th, 2013 (Saturday) 9:30AM at Asha Nivas, Rutland Gate, 5th Street, Nungambakkam.

More on the topic:

“Agile is very simple, why do you need Agile coaches?”. Any Agile methodology is usually very light on rules, have-to-dos. That makes it simple, but not easy to practice. By nature Agile brings change, a change in mind-set. Agile coaches bring awareness and try to address the impediments, so that project teams continue to follow Agile principles long after the exit of Agile consultants from the scene.

The session will cover:
1. Explore what the Agile mindset is

2. Identify challenges in accepting and practicing Agile principles

3. Recommend  measures in overcoming these challenges in becoming agile
