Dear all,

               Good evening. As discussed kindly regularize the On Duty(OD)

leave of absence dates in line with the institute rules. You will be required

to get my sign off and the Dean’s approval on the OD form.

                In case of placement interviews, kindly get an additional sign

off from the Professor Panneer. Based on the approval status,

I will grant exemption in the attendance chart for Term 7. Kindly

complete the process by Wednesday, 3^rd July.
